Fast Affordable College Student Movers is a Louisiana-licensed household goods carrier providing local, long-distance, residential, dorm and apartment, packing, piano, safe, and summer storage moving services using our own trucks and our own employed crew. We are a real moving company — we do not broker your move to a third-party carrier.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by phone, email, or our website are based on the information you provide about your move, including inventory, distance, and access conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described, and our office will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate move details, ensuring items are ready for pickup at the agreed time, and disclosing any items requiring special handling, such as pianos or safes, in advance so we can send the right crew and equipment.
Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, particularly during high-demand periods like May move-out week and August move-in week, when truck availability is tight. Deposit and cancellation terms, if applicable to your booking, will be confirmed by our office at the time of scheduling.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care in handling every item, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the valuation coverage selected at booking, as permitted under Louisiana law and applicable federal regulations for household goods carriers.
Insurance and Valuation Coverage
Fast Affordable College Student Movers is licensed and insured, and our trucks carry $1M in cargo coverage. Specific valuation options for your shipment will be explained by our office before your move date.
